Spatia

Privacy Policy

Last updated 1 November 2026

This policy explains what personal data Nika Sakandelidze (“we”, “us”), a sole proprietor in Georgia, handles when you visit this website, buy Spatia and use it, and what your rights are. We are the controller of that data. Contact us about privacy at nikasakana@gmail.com.

The Spatia app

Spatia runs on your Mac. It doesn't send us your iPhone's screen, what you type or what your assistant does, and it has no analytics. What Spatia reads from your iPhone goes only to the AI assistant you connected it to (for example Claude), which handles it under that provider's own privacy policy. Spatia's activity log stays on your Mac.

Buying Spatia

Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for our orders. Paddle collects your name, email address, billing country and payment details to take your payment, prevent fraud and meet its tax obligations, as described in Paddle's Privacy Notice. Paddle shares your order with us: your order ID, email address, country and what you paid. We use it to give you your download, to help you with support and refunds, and to keep the records the law requires.

Downloads and this website

When you download Spatia we record the order ID, the time, the browser's user agent and the page you came from, to deliver your purchase, count downloads and stop a download link being shared around. Our hosting providers keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses, to run and protect the site. This website doesn't use analytics or advertising cookies. When you open checkout, Paddle may set the cookies it needs to process your payment.

Why we're allowed to use it

Who we share it with

These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union. Where that happens, we rely on safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep order and download records while your download link is usable and for as long as tax and accounting law requires, and delete them after that. You can ask us to delete your data sooner, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Keeping it safe

We use reputable providers, encrypt traffic to the site with HTTPS, and limit access to the data to what's needed to run Spatia.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to see, correct, delete or move the personal data we hold about you, or object to or restrict how we use it. Email nikasakana@gmail.com and we'll reply within one month. You can also complain to your local data protection authority, or in Georgia to the Personal Data Protection Service.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
