Spatia

Terms of Service

Last updated 1 November 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Nika Sakandelidze, a sole proprietor in Georgia (“we”, “us”), who makes and sells Spatia, a Mac app that lets an AI assistant use your iPhone through iPhone Mirroring. They cover the app, this website and your purchase. By buying, downloading or using Spatia you agree to them; if you keep using Spatia after we update them, you agree to the update.

Buying Spatia

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles payment questions and returns. Paddle takes your payment, charges any sales tax or VAT, and sends your receipt, under Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Spatia costs $4.99 (or the local price shown at checkout), paid once. There is no subscription and nothing renews. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Your licence

Once your payment goes through, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Spatia on Macs you own or control. Please don't resell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the app, its download file or your download link. Your download link is for you: we may limit how many times it can be used, and it stops working if your order is refunded or charged back.

Using Spatia responsibly

Spatia carries out what you ask your AI assistant to do on your iPhone. You're responsible for those requests. Don't use Spatia or this website:

Other companies' products

Spatia relies on Apple's iPhone Mirroring and on the AI assistant you connect to it (such as Claude), which are provided by those companies under their own terms. We aren't affiliated with them, and changes they make can affect how Spatia works.

Ownership

We own Spatia, this website and everything in them, apart from the third-party names and marks shown on the site, which belong to their owners. These terms don't give you any rights in them beyond the licence above.

No guarantees

We work hard to make Spatia reliable, but it's provided “as is”. We don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will keep working with every future version of macOS, iOS or iPhone Mirroring.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid for Spatia. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be limited by law.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your licence and download access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if your payment fails, is refunded or is charged back, or if your use puts our services or other people at risk of fraud or a security problem.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protections of the law where you live.
